- Soldering
Our collaborative robot will hold iron and perform different soldering movements based on what is programmed from the HMI Screen. This application can be used for wire-harness, and the assembly of components and PCBs.
- Palletising & Packing
With optimal vision and tagging functions, our cobots will automatically stack cartons based on what is programmed from the HMI Screen. It can also unstack pallets and load individual cartons onto a conveyor belt or input bin. This application is designed for logistics, warehousing, and delivery.
- Part Sorting
An industrial robot arm will pick up parts coming in through a conveyor belt. A vision camera mounted at the start of the conveyor belt will identify each and every part so the robot can sort it to separate distinct bins. This application can be used alongside the Palletising & Packing Station.
- Logistics & Warehouse Automation
Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) can pick up customised racks and bins and deliver them to specific stations. They are controlled by a proprietary Fleet Management software that can be integrated to MRPs, Door & Lock Control, as well as the Lift Management Facility.
- Food Preparation
Our cobots can combine different ingredients onto a customer’s plate, while performing several cooking processes like blanching, stirring, re-heating and more. This application is suitable as a showcase for a food station or in outlets that require manpower with high turnover.
- Smart Shopfloor
Our Smart Shopfloor combines the capabilities of both cobots and industrial robots during machine tending for the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products to-and-from a CNC Machine.

Robots are used to assemble a combination of meal configurations (comprising of starch, protein, vegetables, soup, dessert, and drink) onto a customer’s tray. This combination is determined through Wi-Fi or Barcode tagging, with the option of integrating it with AMRs and Mobile Solution. This application is used in hotels, catering, hospitals and food factories.
